Debra Fotheringham is a Utah-based singer-songwriter, accomplished guitarist, percussionist, writer, and poet who is widely regarded by peers and audiences as a foundational voice in Utah’s vibrant music scene. 

She released her album, Valley of Annihilation, to critical acclaim. An indie folk-rock exploration of identity, divorce, love, and relationship, the album was named one of the Best Albums of 2025 by KRCL Radio. Available now on every streaming service.

2026 was a landmark year for Debra. She was a vocalist on the single "Paradise" from the new solo album by The Killers frontman, Brandon Flowers. She toured the U.S. with indie-pop darling, Mindy Gledhill. She was a performer at Fort Desolation Festival, Tree Fort Festival, Ogden Music Festival, Fork Fest, and Utah's extremely popular Rooftop Concert series, among many other appearances.

She has shared the stage with Andrew Bird, Marty Stuart, The Drive-By Truckers, Steve Poltz, Dale Watson, Lennon Stella, as well as members of The Killers, Maroon 5, Imagine Dragons, The Neon Trees, iDKHOW, The Aces, and more. Her voice has reached audiences around the world as a featured vocalist on several albums by EDM luminary, Kaskade, including his Grammy-nominated album, Atmosphere. 

Her voice and songs been featured on television networks like PBS, AMC, Hallmark, The CW, video games by Blizzard, and the 2025 motion picture Truth & Treason. 

As a writer, Debra's poetry has been published in Headstuff, the CorkWords Anthology, and the Montpelier PoemCity Anthology. Her short fiction was featured in the literary journal, The Quarryman.
